ART Provides custom training workbooks and related course materials, all of which become ongoing resources for attendees. Upon program completion, each participant receives a personalized Course Certificate of Achivement and is provided with web access to presentation materials for subsequent review. Advanced Recruiting Trends’ Training PRograms are HRCI Certified. Applicable program participants may be eligible to receive CEUs towards maintaining PHR and SPHR designations. As a component of designing every in-house training program, ART interviews Client Leadership to fully understand existing workflows, market niche, staff dynamics, current performance metrics, and desired training program outcomes. From this data, and subject to Client approval, we create a customized Client Training Agenda, which details the relevant recruitment content areas that the training program will address.  We also provide Clients with a substantial roster of training content areas that can be incorporated into a training program to assure that the final program is both comprehensive and aligned with Client goals. All programs contain customized exercises and break-out activities to ensure that program participants can maximize their learning experience.
