Leadership

Paul Siker and Don Evans launched Advanced Recruiting Trends with one principal objective in mind: To provide professional recruiters with proven techniques, methodologies, and best practices designed to tangibly optimize performance and create competitive advantage.

Collectively, they possess over thirty years of recruiting expertise, and continue to cultivate “real world recruiting experience” within their executive search firm, The Artisan Group.

Prior to starting Advanced Recruiting Trends, Paul Siker was an Officer, Partner, and Senior Search Consultant at The Guild Corporation, an undisputed leader in the Washington, D.C. recruitment marketplace.  Don Evans has been a Recruiter, Branch Sales Manager, and a Regional Manager with Lifework Inc., Robert Half International, and System One Consulting, as well as the Director of Training & Performance with TMP Worldwide (Parent to Monster.com).

Both Guild and System One were acquired by TMP Worldwide whereupon Don and Paul were tapped to build a division-wide recruitment training platform. This experience was a catalyst in convincing them that recruitment professionals had a genuine need for a high quality, consistent, and replicable approach to the recruitment sales lifecycle, and prompted them to launch Advanced Recruiting Trends.

Paul & Don have conducted numerous presentations before national audiences on recruitment best practices and process optimization, including: The National Association of Personnel Services Annual Conference, The American Staffing Association World Expo, and The New England Association of Personnel Services Annual Conference.

As trainers, they have educated countless professionals in corporate, and agency recruitment environments on consultative and proactive recruitment practices that flat out work. The training sessions that they conduct are highly engaging and interactive.

Paul Siker has a B.A. in Political Science from Wittenberg University and holds the NAPS Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation. Don Evans earned a B.A. in Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds the NAPS CPC and CTS designations.
